Collection Instructions:
1. Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), plasma gel tube(s) is not acceptable.
2. Mix well.
3. Within 30 minutes of collection, centrifuge at ambient temperature, aliquot 1 mL of plasma into a plastic vial, and freeze immediately.
4. Ship frozen.
